Is iOS 6 obsolete?

Hey guys and welcome at another post.

I think every Apple fan knows that iOS 9 is launching at the fall of this year, so I thought that its would be a good idea to talk about iOS 6. I was cleaning my room, and of course when cleaning your room, your going to sort all of your drawers, and in there I saw my iPod Touch 4th generation in mint condition, and I haven't played for it for over a year because I've got my first Android smartphone at that time, and although I really loved it, it was a bit weird to carry two devices so I put it into its retail box, and stored it in one of my drawers but I completely forgot about it. So now in June of 2015 I wanted to take a look back at iOS 6, because it was my the first mobile operating system that I was ever interested in.

To start with, the interface looks so different compared with iOS 7 and 8, but it works almost the same, yes there are much more options in the new operating systems but a kid that has just bought his first iPhone running iOS 8 will just feel at home with iOS 6. But is iOS 6 obsolete. Yes it is… But its still very useful, iMessage and FaceTime still works on iOS 6, and the Safari works very smoothly, but sometimes it wouldn't pages probably but that is very understandable because the OS hasn't got an update since 2013 I think.

I was really surprised with the operating system, it was really advanced for its time, and in 2012 when the operating system came out smartphones weren't really a big deal. I was 12 at the time, so an iPhone just to expensive at the time and if you had one you was one of the popular kids, but I couldn't buy one because they were to expensive to buy with my own allowance. I mean I just bought my first iPhone this Tuesday actually.

But the app support is so bad, you can download some apps, but for I think 70% of the apps you'll need iOS 7 or higher. And thats what making it so obsolete, but this is very understandable. The iPod Touch 4th generation is a device from 2010, so its understandable that it and its OS is not supported by Apple anymore, and because iOS 7 is newer and more powerful the developers of the apps want to use the new abilities of the new operating system, and the same thing is happening with iOS 7 now. iOS 8 has launched almost a year ago, and there are already some apps that aren't supported on iOS 7.

So as I said before iOS 6 is very obsolete, but is it still useable? Yes for some people its still very useable. If you have an iPhone 3GS, and the only                thing you use it for is writing e-mails, browse the web and texting or make phone calls its still very useful, but if your a very heavy iDevice user… Well you can fill in the answers your self.

So thanks for reading everybody, let me know what you think about iOS 6.

5 reasons why to buy a Mac.

Hello guys, and welcome at another post. I know that we aren't uploading a lot lately but its really hard to come up for ideas with a new post everyday, so we will be posting randomly. But don't worry, there will be a post online once in a while.

So lets get started with the topic of todays post. I'm going to give 5 reasons why you should buy a Mac. The 5 reasons why you shouldn't buy a Mac are separately uploaded

Number 1. If your a video editor, or a photo editor its very recommended to purchase a Mac, if you're a gamer on Youtube its understandable that you don't have a Mac, because they are very expensive. The cheapest computer from Apple is the Mac Mini, and even the Mini is expensive for PC users, because the specs of the Mini aren't really high end… But to make the point clear, editing on a Mac works very well, and the design of a Mac is of course very awesome.

Number 2. Reliability. OS X is very reliable, I'm not saying that its better than Windows, but I've experienced that Windows crashes a lot more often than OS X, there are way less viruses out there for Mac, but for al those Mac fanboys who say that there AREN'T any viruses for Mac are lying, because there are. I even had viruses myself, so if your buying a Mac, a virus scanner isn't wasted money but if your not going to download a file from a shady website you really won't need one.

Number 3. Apple has been releasing free operating systems since Mavericks, and just the fact to not spend a lot of money and have a legitimate operating system is very nice. So if your buying a new Mac which comes pre-installed with Yosemite you don't have to worry about buying new operating systems because they are completely free.

Number 4. OS X is very user-friendly, some people agree with me, some don't. Everybody learns things in his own way, so some people think that Windows is more user-friendly but in my opinion OS X is the most reliable and user-friendly operating system I've ever worked with and I think that a lot of other people that have switched from pc to Mac agree with me. But before you go all crazy and order your new Mac, visit the nearest Apple store and test the computer that you like to buy to see if you like OS X.

Number 5. The design of the Apple computers are very beautiful. Lets take the new MacBook for example. The specs are crappy, but the design is awesome. There are some nice aluminum body pc's out there but most of them are made of standard black mettle and are almost the same. Apple is really creative with its designs, and as result the products feel really premium.

Macbook Air

Hello and welcome back to a new post, in this post I will tell you something about the apple macbook air 13''.
http://www.macbook-adapter.nl/image/data/Afbeeldingen/macbook%20air.jpgThe Macbook Air 13'' with 256GB saving capacity is a really nice laptop, despite the 1.6GHz CPU, because the maximum of the CPU is 2.7GHz and that is enough for video editing and photo editing.
This laptop has 4GB ram, a 256GB SSD and it has a Retina display, so for $1,199.00 it is a really good laptop.
I think I will buy this one and not the macbook pro because the specifications are almost the same, only the Ram of the Macbook Pro is bigger, but I can upgrade the Ram of the Macbook Air and than I also have a really nice working laptop.

Thank you for reading, this was a short post, as you know we don't post regularly. I hope you have enjoyed and I hope you will also read my next post. Bye.
